It involves many activities, which include recruitment, and screening of prospective employees, the study of training needs, preparing human resource forecasts, and the development of compensation systems. This major centers on the coordination of the human resources of a company. Human resource managers prepares students to be proactive in their pursuit of fairness and equity within the workplace. Human resources administration is used to promote effective employee performance, staff development and job satisfaction. Students actively apply theories of organizational behavior, decision-making in order to influence the effectiveness of organizations.
