    This is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I HAVE to know more about it! Where do you go to school? Where are you from? I love the glass top with the organic feature below… What was your concept/inspiration? What kind of wood is that? What kind of tools did you use? How long did it take you to build? … Did you take the photograph?

      Hello, Joe! I am a student from the Herron school of art + design in Indianapolis, Indiana. My concept stemmed from a theme of hexagons I planned on using for the semester. The wood is a South African mahogany and I used all sorts of tools! Mostly, the table saw, dimension sander, and a chop saw however. It took one semester to build and my professor, Cory Robinson took the photograph. Thanks so much for the kind comment!
