    This curriculum is designed to prepare students to:

    • Develop an auction “chant”
    • Use appraisal sources and techniqueAuctioneers

    • Define and discuss legal issues related to auctioneering

  3. Nanny Major
    Find yourself singing Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious?  Love children?  Nannies care for children in the homes of the children. A Nanny Major has a thorough understanding of child development from prenatal to adolescent stages. Nannies serve as role models. They have good manners, use correct grammar, and show sportsmanship. Their example helps children grow to be productive and happy adults.

  4. Bowling Industry Management and Technology Major bowling
    Bowling Industry Management and Technology Major is a comprehensive program offering multiple career paths into the industry including management of a bowling center, sales and marketing, pro shop operations, and pinsetter mechanics.   5. Popular Culture Major
    Popular culture studies everyday life, including but not limited to everything that is mass produced by us and for us. By examining television programs, movies, cars, houses, music, museums, celebratory events, holidays, magazines and many other manifestations of culture insights can be used to examine society presently and historically. Future careers in such fields as advertising, public relations, journalism, mass media (management, performance, production and marketing), teaching, library and museum work.

  6. Taxidermy Certificate
    The art of preparing, stuffing, and mounting the skins of animals (especially vertebrates) for display (e.g. as hunting trophies) or for other sources of study.  Employment opportunities after graduating from this one-year program include full-time taxidermy positions with federal or state agencies or private enterprise. You may even find one of the limited number of positions at museums that employ full-time taxidermists.

    So this sounds awesome right?  I mean we all have a facebook or twitter account, We could do that for our career right?  Wrong, it is can be much more demanding and require more skills than you would think!  An Interactive and Social Media Major combines technical and artistic areas of study to prepare you for a career in interactive web design and development. You will learn how to analyze, design, develop and evaluate effective computer interfaces to provide better user experiences.

  8. Golf GrassTurfgrass Management Major
    Next time you are at a sporting game, look down at the field, how green is the grass?  Well if its GREEN green that’s because a Turfgrass Management Major.  Turfgrass Management majors study the science and culture of grasses used on golf courses, athletic fields, corporate and personal lawns and many more. This major is great for those who want hands-on, outside-of-the-classroom learning or love the smell of fresh cut grass.
